Login to your voice mailbox.
Press 8*, then press 2.
Press 1 to record your external greeting.
Press 5 to begin recording and the # key to stop.
Press 2 to listen to your recording. You may delete it by pressing 76, then press 5 to record again.
Polycom
Dial *97 or press "Messages" button and hit corresponding button to "Connect."
Enter your current password followed by # key.
Press 0 for advanced options.
Press 1 to begin recording unavailable greeting and # to stop.
Press 1 to accept the greeting.
In addition to your greeting, you should record your name:

Press 3 to begin recording your name and # to stop.
Press 1 to accept this recording.
