How to fax using Outlook

Step-by-step guide
To send a fax using Outlook:
Add 'Fax Number' with '@fax.nycourts.gov' in the 'To...' field.
For example, 12123970985@fax.nycourts.gov
Attach any document or image you like to include with your fax.
You can easily scan your printed papers/photo using any of the Konica copiers.
Once you have sent your fax and it has been delivered successfully, you should get a confirmation email (from gwfaxadmin) with a transmitted copy of your fax.
How it works:
Outlook will direct all messages addressed as such to OCA fax server.
The body of the email, as well as any attached documents will be sent.
The attached documents must be in a format the fax server can accept such as PDF, MS Word, Excel, Word Perfect, Quattro, JPEG, PNG, RTF, etc.
