What is the PIN number required to unlock a new CCI issued cell phone? 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Turn on your device for the first time and you will be asked for a PIN.

  2. The default PIN is usually last 4 digits of your cell phone number.

  3. Once you are in, change and set a new secure password.

Warning

If you do not know the PIN number or do not remember it, open a tech support ticket and ask CCI Tech to reset the PIN number for you. Note: Avoid multiple failed attempts because they will result in the loss of information.
