How to Access Your Voicemail

The instructions below outline how to access your office landline voicemail

Step-by-step guide

For AVAYA/Nortel

  1. Dial 65678 or press the "Msg/Inbox" button.

  2. When prompted for your mailbox press #

  3. Enter 1 + last 5 of your extension and press #

  4. Enter new password and press #

  5. System will provide next possible steps.

For Polycom phones

  1. Dial *97 or press "Messages" button and hit corresponding button to "Connect"

  2. Enter your current password followed by # key

  3. Press 1 to here a list of messages

  4. Press 1 to listen to unheard messages

  5. * key will allow to rewind message by 3 seconds, pressing 6 skips to next message, 7 would immediately delete this message.

On Polycom phones you are not forced to change your temporary password, for security, please make sure to do so using below instructions.

  1. To change your password, press 05.

  2. Enter your new password followed by # key (you may not use your extension and password must be 4-6 digits long)

  3. Enter your new password again followed by the # key

  4. You have now created your new password
