a. If you see CCI Admin or another person’s name, click on Other User in the bottom left corner.
b. Enter the first part of your nycourts.gov email address. e.g. DSmith JDoe@nycourts.gov and the password for your nycourts.gov account.

Verify Network Access
Once you are logged in, you should see a small monitor icon on the bottom left side of your screen. Click on the monitor icon. It should say ucs.courtnet.organd have Connectedwritten under it.

If you do not see this the monitor icon or see a Globe icon, this it means your computer does not have access to the network. You should restart your computer and check again. If you have a laptop, disconnect and reconnect the USB-C connecter and then restart. If you still do not have connectivity after restarting and reconnecting the cables, please submit a ticket at https://courtinnovation.org/support. |
2. Open your Outlookapplication and verify that it says Connected to: Microsoft Exchange on the bottom of the application’s window.
