If you do not see this or see a Globe icon, this means your computer does not have access to the network. You should restart your computer and check again. If you have a laptop, disconnect and reconnect the USB-C connecter and then restart. If you still do not have connectivity after restarting and reconnecting the cables, please submit a ticket at https://courtinnovation.org/support |

If you are missing access to a Shared Network Drive, type Run in the Search bar, open the Run app, type or paste in the following string in the Open field and click OK %logonserver%\netlogon\Login\CCI\Map Network Drives.LNK You should see a black window come up with lines of text.
