a. If you see CCI Admin or another person’s name, click on Other User in the bottom left corner
b. Enter the first part of your nycourts.gov email address. e.g. DSmith@nycourts.gov and the password for your nycourts.gov account

Once you are logged in, you should see a small monitor icon on the bottom left side of your screen. Click on the monitor icon. It should say ucs.courtnet.organd have Connected written under it

If you do not see this or see a Globe icon, this means your computer does not have access to the network. You should restart your computer and check again. If you have a laptop, disconnect and reconnect the USB-C connecter and then restart.
