For AVAYA/Nortel
Dial 65678 or press the "Msg/Inbox" button.
When prompted for your mailbox press #
Enter 1 + last 5 of your extension and press #
Enter new password and press #
System will provide next possible steps.
For Polycom phones
Dial *97
or pressor press "Messages" button and hit corresponding button to "Connect"
Enter your current password followed by # key
Press 1 to here a list of messages
Press 1 to listen to unheard messages
* key will allow to rewind message by 3 seconds, pressing 6 skips to next message, 7 would immediately delete this message.

On Polycom phones you are not forced to change your temporary password, for security, please make sure to do so using below instructions. |
To change your password, press 05.
Enter your new password followed by # key (you may not use your extension and password must be 4-6 digits long)
Enter your new password again followed by the # key
You have now created your new password
