When using a computer for the first time you may need to Activate Microsoft Office License which includes all popular programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Step-by-step guide
- When starting Office product, you may get a similar popup stating that Office is not activated/or deactivated
- Click on "Sign In" button to add a license to your computer. (Do not click Enter Key)
- If the system asks which account to sign in with, please use your nycourts.gov email account with your regular password.
- The Office product should become activated.
- If you find that your Office is still not active, please close all office applications before opening them again.
