The Center for Justice Innovation Institutional Review Board (IRB) applies the principles of respect, beneficence and justice, with established guidelines to ensure that human research participants are treated with dignity, respect and with due regard for their emotional, physical, and legal safety. We are committed to safeguarding and upholding the rights and welfare of all people who participate in research conducted by Center for Justice Innovation staff, with Center for Court Innovation operating project participants, or using data collected by the Center for Justice Innovation.
