Setting your nycourts.gov e-mail up in your phone's native mail client so you can send and receive nycourts.gov e-mail on your phone.

Step-by-step guide

Android Native Mail Client

  1. First obtain an e-mail "app password" as described here, which you will use to add e-mail account to your phone.
  2. Go to your phone settings
  3. Scroll down to “Cloud and accounts”
  4. Select “Accounts”
  5. Select “Add Account"
  6. Select “Microsoft Exchange"
  7. Enter your nycourts.gov email address
  8. Type the “App Password” you obtained above

iPhone Native Mail Client

  1. First obtain an e-mail "app password" as described here, which you will use to add e-mail account to your phone.
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Mail
  4. Select Accounts
  5. Select Exchange
  6. Enter your @nycourts.gov email address
  7. For Server please use “outlook.office365.com” or “Nycourts.gov
  8. Type the “App Password” you obtained above
  9. Select ‘Done’
